When will my order be dispatched?Updated 5 months ago

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. During busy retail periods or product launches, there may be some minor delays in dispatch and could take between 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Please note, paying for express shipping unfortunately does not mean your order will be dispatched with priority. Express shipping means, once its with the postal carrier, it will be prioritised and shipped express within the carriers care. 

Delivery times and schedules do vary depending on the delivery zones and destination. Delivery time frames are approximate only and are set by Australia Post/DHL and exclude our processing times and customs processing times if applicable.
