What happens after my return is approved?Updated 5 months ago
Once you process your return you will need to print the return label and ship the item to us.
One we can see a scan event on the package with the shipping carrier, your return will be processed.
If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you have returned your item(s) and you haven’t heard from us, please check your junk email and check the inbox of the email account you used on your order.
If you still cannot find confirmation from us of the return, please contact [email protected] with details of your return. This includes:
- Your Order Number
- Item(s) you returned
- Any available tracking information
The team will review your information and find out whats going on with your parcel.
