FULL PRICED RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date.
Returns can be made for Store Credit or Exchange if changing size. Store credit will be valued at the purchase price you paid for that item/s. Store credit is valid for 3 years. We do not offer refunds unless the item unless your item/s are faulty/damaged or different to online imagery.
Sale items can not be returned.
All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are:
- Unwashed
- Unworn; and
- Original tags still attached
We offer free returns for our AUS, US and CAN customers via our US HQ or Sydney HQ. Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and when it arrives in the warehouse. Rest of world customers will need to cover their own freight.

You must return goods within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve already worn it and then noticed that somethings not quite right with it, email us at [email protected] with photos and we’ll have a look at it.
CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR?
Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're deemed to be faulty. This is for hygienic reasons.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS?
We will accept returns for Store Credit only on regular sale items however, if the product has a FINAL SALE badge, we wont accept returns on these items. Returns or exchanges are only available on sale items if they are faulty or damaged.
