How do I track my order?Updated 7 months ago
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided, with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping providers tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link to view the tracking information.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
If you have any concerns about your tracking information or your package appears to be delayed or stuck please reach out to us and we can investigate for you.
Can't Find the Email?
1. Log into your Account
Log into your REC GEN account and access your order status and tracking information in your recent orders list.
2. Check your email Junk Mail
We try our best, but sometimes they make their way here. Make sure you have a quick check and then mark it as 'Not Junk' for any future orders.
