I have a gift card, how do I use it?Updated 6 months ago

We offer REC GEN gift cards for purchases as well as our method for store credit on returned orders. 

A gift card will be emailed to you via email. The gift card will display a 10-12 digit code you can use in the checkout to redeem the value of your order. If you have trouble finding your gift card please check your junk mail or reach out to us so we can resend it to you.

You can enter the Gift Card code at checkout prior to confirming your payment. Please make sure you click 'APPLY' to apply the Gift Card to the total purchase amount.

- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

- They cannot be refunded

- They cannot be transferred to another account
