All store credits are issued to you via email. If you can not find it always check your junk or spam inbox. If you are still having trouble locating it, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we can resend the email to you.

If you are receiving a store credit from a return, we will send your store credit via email once your items have been shipped back to us. 

All store credits and gift cards are valid for 3 years after issue.
