How do I check/redeem my reward points in the app?Updated 5 months ago

Too access your points in the REC app, go to the 'REC CLUB' tab and log in to your account. Once logged in, under the MY ACCOUNT section, you can click MY REWARDS.

You may need to log in to your reward account if you haven't logged in before.

Once all logged in you can redeem your points on the rewards page by clicking REDEEM on the reward you want to claim, then simply copy and paste the code at the checkout for your discount. 

Please note your loyalty discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotional offers and require a minimum spend.

If you have claimed points for a coupon code and can no longer locate this, please reach out and we can assist by providing your code or refunding the points to be re-claimed at [email protected]
